What form do I need to stop my divorce?
I filed for divorce last month. Now my husband and I are in counseling and have decided not to divorce. What form do I need to file with the court to stop our divorce from proceeding?

I was just at the clerk’s office, and she told me there was a certain legal form i needed, but she did not know what it was called

if you don’t have a lawyer…. then call the courthouse….. ask them to stop the proceedings.
Call the courthouse, they’ll know.
Go to the clerks office and tell them you don’t want to complete the process. They are usually helpful and can attend to this.
However, if he signed it and it has been entered into the system, you may have a wedding to go to!
Why are you asking us? Call the courthouse…thats an important thing, not something you ask on some random website forum
Go to the information office. There’s no way they don’t know the proper form. The person you spoke with is an idiot!
It’s form CIV-110 you can get it online. You’ll need to file the form since you filed for the divorce.
I’m in CA too…
