Ways to Help Save Marriage?

Im looking for ways to help save marriage, im from Europe and find my marriage is going downhill. I found a good guide at http://helpsavemarriagenow.blogspot.com but wanted to know how to save marriage today, as we do not spend much time together. Thanks

The first approach to save your marriage is reevaluating yourself. Make a list of things that you do wrong and turn them into positve. Your responsibilities should not have any boundaries and don’t get over head or consider yourself as equal with your husband. Respect him as the head of the house hold. Get yourself motivated and never shy away from you husband to tell him that you love him even if you will get a negative response. So one you figure out what you are doing wrong, what are the roots for you marriage down falls, have a better understandable communication with you husband. Know what to say, how to say, and when to say it whatever in you mind. Learn to always say "yes" followed by what "ifs" if you understand or want him to explain more. Continue getting focused on positive and loving yourself on what you are doing. Do not attempt to please him but only the man upstairs. Because if he figure it out that you are trying to please him, he might act otherwise but as long as you are focused on turning you marriage round, he will figure out that you are changed and begins to give you positive responses. When communicating, develop a plan of action focused on positive and truth, talk about where things stand, get your feeling out on the table, accept responsibilities for you part. dicuss what each of you need in that moment eg personal need, drive, vulnerability and avoid choices that lower the ability to maintain commitment and trustworthy. Discuss what you want the future hold for the two of you.
frist off, you need to sit your spouse down and have an honest conversation, to see if they are having the same thoughts as you are. then you need a date night, once a week or even once a month. where you go out and be together, no kids or anyother destraction… good luck
