my boyfriend is married but there not together and hsi daughter who is very smart and shes 5 told me that he kissed his wife i asked him he said on the forehead..then i found a note from her saying for him to send his girl home which is me so his wife which is her can come over and teach him new things ….well i guess he let his wife stay here which i dont like because i wasent here and his daughter say they slept in his bed together why she had to sleep on the couch his wife is a B@#!% and has been trying to break us up ever since shes found out weve been together and she came over to pick up her daughter and was talking to me and stuff and shes like yeah when i stayed the night we tryed to get back together and yeah we slept together,i asked him about it when i found the note he said no why would i cheat when i have you yes im thiner than his wife and kinda more pretty and im scared that he did cheat and my heart hurts because i dont know

I am 13. I know they are getting a divorce. The final court date is in a couple days. They don’t know I know any of this. My mom will then take my dads house and it just aint right.

I file for divorce from my wife and she took forever to sign the waiver….after I bugged her about it…and now she wants me to set a court date because now she want a divorce… but I don’t want to I want to wait because she is trying to marry the guy she cheated on me with am I wrong.

She has filed in TN and I live in VA she ran off 7 Oct 2006. She has been diagnosed as bipolar and has a pretty bad drug problem. Shes been in rehab twice and has told quite a few terrible lies about me. She has had numerous affairs and is currently staying with someone she introduces as her husband, and has already began cheating on him as well. Also found out that she has contracted an STD. I know I’m a fool but I cant give up on her as she is a totally different person when drugs aren’t in the picture. The seperation occured here in Va but she claims that she is still filing in Tn. The residency requirment is 6 months as far as I know but she has said her attorney has found a way around this. How can you beat the required time for residency?

I thought I might share a little more information, as far as children she has 2 that don’t live with her the youngest was just awarded to her ex based on her action over the past year the court found her to be unfit. One thing that I think might be causing me the most trouble as far as giving up is that my last wife passed away due to complications from a kidney transplant and maybe this has caused me to be the way I am today. All the advice you have given is basically the same and I have decided just to let her do whatever she wants but she and I will not be together until and unless she has hit rock bottom and checks herself into rehab on her own, with no coaxing from myself or anyone else. My husband and I filed for divorce a year ago. I am not represented by an attorney, he is. All paper work is filed with the court.We are only waiting for a final hearing. I went to the court house and tried to set up final hearing and they told me his attorney had to do it because it had to work with her schedule. Unfortunatly, he no longer wants a divorce and will not have her set up the final hearing. What can I do?
