in divorce papers it says if ex moves in or marries alimony will stop?

her bf is away in afghanistan but she is living in his house…does that still count as living together

Really it says even if she moves in with him the alimony stops? I thought it was when they get married it stops, I know people who live a "married" life with their significant other but never get the actual wedding certificate because they want to keep getting Alimony…Maybe that’s why it says that now…
Yes. She’s living in his house, Which means if he werent in afghanistan he would be living there too. So yes the alimony should stop. You should contact the courts.
Unless his house is in Afghanistan, then its not living together until he comes home… But, Ask your attorney to be sure… She might just be house sitting…
Just pay her the alimnoy I’m sure if she won it in the divorce you must have done something to cause it. Stop looking for reasons to take it away from her unless she gets married.
