Chezzy,
Everything is in your mind. The very first thing you do is to believe that everything is going to be alright. Now close your eyes and focus your eyes on the almighty. I don’t know when was the last time you pray. But right now you really need somebody who can carry you in this type of distress. Talk to Him He is just a prayer away tell HIm what you are going through, and surrender everything to HIM. Then every morning go to a quiet place in your house. Sit down there for 10 minutes, tell yourself that you will not have the anxiety and shakes and being foucs to the lord everything will be peaceful, say it vocally again and again until you feel that you gain the power. I know people who did this and so far they overcome all anxiety that they have in their body. Believe in HIM. I DONT know who your God is but if you are a CHRISTIAN, Just hold on JESUS and HE will never abandon you. IF the shaking comes back, do what I told you above then add the phrase "I CAN DO EVERYTHING THROUGH GOD WHO STRENTGHEN ME, repeat it again an again believe in what you are saying and you will see the change. No herb or medicine that can really cure you, I am a Nurse and if I have a chance I let my patience know the real power of the ALMIGHTY. By the way even how hard you are going through, just have a forgiving heart, and everything will be alright. If you want somebody to talk to, email me, and I am ready to listen. You dont have to know me, but I will always keep you in my prayers. God Bless. My Email add is ronnievicd@yahoo.com. take care.
Try Valerian root. The health food store should have it.
It relaxes you, but doesn’t make you high. It is the root that valium is made from.
just settle down it is stress but once this goes way you’ll feel better just trust in god and all will be alright… at some point you just gotta let go and believe in a higher power…

Realize that what you’re feeling is 100% normal. I wish you luck with your court case.
put some soft music on , go for a long walks. would you take prescription drugs, if so, i would see a dr. and get some that would relax you, even if it is just for a short time until your court hearing is over with.
Exercise! Get your heart pumping for half an hour. It will not only reduce your stress response but it will give you a sense of accomplishment and empowerment, two things you need right now.
Go to the doctor. There are non-narcotic anxiety medicine. There is one called Buspar (which is also an antihistamine)…but they have shown links between anxiety and antihistamine medications..
Try yoga to relax.
There is this book, called Divorce and New Beginnings. I got it, it is helping me out a lot, I suggest you get it to. It has a number of different ways to deal with anxiety.
Edit: Simply knowing other people are and have gone through the same thing helped me out a lot. Mostly because I have such an ego/self worth that makes me thing I rule harder than anyone else, and if other people can get through things, then I should be able to do it better. So I’m coping pretty well with my situation.
Mint tea soothes my nerves when changes in life make themselves known. Get out and go to movie or take an exercise class. The change of environment or working out the stress will do and your body good. Don’t believe me? Try it!
Good luck with that…
Hot tea always helps me relax when I am stressed. They even make a certain tea specifically for stress. I’ve seen it everywhere, even Wal Mart. Get some honey to go with it. Always works for me! I hope you feel better.
Chill. Do something fun for yourself and realize their is nothing you can do about the court case for your divorce. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. The only thing you can do is take care of yourself and calm down. Pills won’t help. Realize that you are important and deal with what happens. Take a hot bath, go get your hair done.
Everybody is different; we all react in different ways when we are stressed out.
I’d strongly suggest you visit your doctor, and explain how you feel and what you are going through now. Chances are you need meds to help you overcome this crisis; that is what meds do. Anti-stress and anti-depressants are for people who are having a tough time dealing with issues in their lives (as you are now), so don’t feel bad if you have to use them.
You need to be OK and able to think clearly for the upcoming court case, so get all the help you can. Teas and natural stuff can help you too; but I think that you need something more potent right now.
Good luck. Ask God to guide you and give you peace.
