i did this and i lost 5 pound in a week.

		<description>The best advice I can give you is to eat six small meals per day, so you never feel hungry and don&#039;t overeat.  Also, since you just had a baby, I assume you have a stroller.  Take him out for long walks and walk for at least an hour each day.  Try to change your pace.  The first 10 minutes of warm-up just walk at a normal pace, but after that walk as fast as you can for 5 minutes.  Do this at intervals and you&#039;ll burn more calories. Drink enough water (8 8oz. glasses per day) also.    I know you can do it, just put your mind to it.  Be patient with yourself and remember that to be sexy and flirtatious you don&#039;t need to be a size zero.  So smile and flirt with you husband even if you feel uncomfortable with yourself right now.  Men are also aroused by attitude.  Use that -attitude- for now.  Soon, you&#039;ll be using &quot;other&quot; resources.  You can do it!</description>

Here is what I did... brisk walk in the morning.  I used an eliptical.  I ate NO FRIED FOOD, high protein (brown rice and black beans, fresh vegi&#039;s), lots of water.  No soda, no fast food, very little junk food (we&#039;re women, what do you want... just give us a cookie here and there, right?).  And here is the good part... SEX BURNS CALORIES... tell your husband your willing to burn off as many as you can a day.... if he is willing to help!</description>

Heck, you don&#039;t even need to join a gym.  Walk three miles per day pushing that stroller, wind, rain or shine...and step away from the frig...you aren&#039;t feeding for two anymore. I am sure you know, that after the pregnancy your body has still more water and fat stored, than in your normal times. On top of that, your hormone level is still off kilter. That takes a couple of month. 
Watch out, what you eat. Stay away from fat, read the labels. it is amazing how much fat is in one tiny wiener. Try to eat not more than 30 % fat, per day, less if possible. One gram fat has 9 calories, carbs and protein only 4. 
And on top of that, exercise, walk, walk, walk. It is healthy, and cheap, and you can take your baby with you in a stroller.
Have fun!! I bet, your hubby is not getting younger either. Don&#039;t try to be picture perfect. Nobody is.</description>
