We are still within the 60 day waiting period. I don’t know if I need to file anything to stop the divorce, or if we don’t show up in 60 days if it goes away. Anyone know?

Talk to a lawyer, you can get a free consultation in most cases..
PS.. You may want to go through with the divorce.. the fact that you initiated this in the first place means that your chances of working things out and staying together in the long term are virtually non-existent anyway.. Why don’t you save yourself the future heartache and just get it done now?
I’m not sure. When I always filed, it meant it was over, so I didn’t even think about filing any papers.
I suppose to save court costs, you’d be better off telling them now to just destroy the papers.

Depends on the stage and your court’s internal procedures.
Do you have a court date coming up? If you do, ask to have that date delayed – a long time, like 6 months or so.
That will buy you some decidin’ time.
But I would get advice from an attorney who is familar with YOUR judge and YOUR type of case (divorce)
It’s womderful you are trying to save your marriage…you won’t have to do any additional paperwork, I don’t think..but you will lose the money from the filing fees…
