i filed for a divorce. if i stop it, what happens to the parenting evaluations & all the meetings?
Do we still have to go? Or what happens? I am just curious. I am the one who filed for the divorce, but I am seriously considering stopping it. Do you still have to go to all the parenting time evaluations through the friend of the court, or does that all just end? Any advice would be appreciated!
thank you! we have gone to 4 counselors in the past but i am ready to give this another go-round. i filed last september, and i just have this awful feeling that i’m making a mistake. thank you for your advice.

You have to call and cancel the evaluation. That is what I did. If your husband is willing to call it all off you need to let the court know. If he isnt you still have to go. Koodooas to you for trying to stick it out. It is really in your kids best interest to stay out of the court system. Most important to have mom and dad in the same house. Do marriage counseling.

consider the following….
1) are there kids involved…if so….delay the divorce untill thekids are ready …
