		<description>You don&#039;t stop it, you go through it.  A trip to the dr. would not be a bad idea, just to be on the safe side.  He could prescribe a mild antidepressant to help, if you want to go that way.

Exercise is a great way to increase the level of endorphins your body puts out, which will elevate your mood naturally.  Don&#039;t turn to achohol, which make you feel better short term, but will end up making you gain weight and feel even worse.  You want to use this to better yourself, get tight, then find several Mr. Rights when you are single.</description>

		<description>i know that pills arent always the answer, but sometimes a visit to the doc, some medications and therapy can help.. i know meds helped me.. and once the hard part was over and i was starting to move on and be happy, i was able to get off the meds with no problems...</description>

		<description>go see your doctor and talk to them about your depression. Not that med&#039;s are the answer but they help. Think about counseling too. Maybe there is a group therapy in your area.</description>

		<description>DIvorce is a loss that needs to be grieved as a death, for it is the death of your marriage.  But there is a difference between depression and grieving, so you do need to allow yourself to grieve.  If you feel you are suffering true depression, perhaps get on anti-depressants or using full spectrum lighting will help as well as getting out and doing fun things with friends.</description>

		<description>Well you could get all drugged up, but what you are going through are normal human emotions and part of the healing process.  You just need to let yourself go through it.  Make sure you are doing things you enjoy,  start a hobby, go out with friends, focus on your children etc.</description>
