If you feel that you can give a chance for your marriage again and then stop the divorce you have filed.
Depends on which state you live in.. however, if you have sex with your soon to be ex- that usually means you just have to start the divorce proceeding all over again (providing you tell your attorney )and then, if you file a Motion to Dismiss. But your attorney should do this for you.
You can’t unless you are the one that filed it/
If both parties have signed and it has been granted, you can’t. A divorce is not considered final unless the papers are signed by both.
My assumptions on answering this is that the divorce has been filed, but is not final.
The general answer is the person who filed the petition for divorce can withdraw the petition at any time prior to the divorce being granted (finalized) by the courts.
The respondent in most cases cannot stop the divorce. They may be able to delay it, not waive any manditory waiting periods, cause it to go to trial, delay, postpone, etc, but even that divorce will probably ultimately be finalized at some point.
If you filed, call your attorney and ask him how to stop the divorce. If your spouse filed, there probably little you can do other than delay the final outcome.
why don’t you kiss her?
