Can having an affair save a marriage?

I ask myself this every time I do it. If I didn’t, I think I would get mad at my wife and then we would be done. Its not like I don’t love her or anything, but she doesn’t do the crazy stuff in bed I like. Does anyone else have this experience?

If something that you are hiding from your spouse came out and they would choose to leave you (or it would cause serious problems), then how could that be good for the marriage?

No I don’t have that experience but why don’t you divorce her and marry someone who doesn’t mind doing the same things you like in bed.

First of all, if you’re cheating, then why are you with your wife? You are going outside of your marriage, and that is not at all healthy! What would sleeping with another woman solve? Why don’t you talk to your wife about the things you like? Tell her what turns you on. Or why don’t you initiate it? Going out of the marriage sure won’t solve it. It just means you’re getting satisfied some where else, and you and your wife have the same problems, and she is dumb founded not even knowing of your affairs.
It makes me sad that people have to ask this at all. Look, my mom cheated on my dad because there was something lacking in the relationship. When it eventually came out, it ruined my life and theirs. You’re an idiot if you think cheating could ever be good. What if you found out she was cheating on you? If you try to say you wouldn’t care, you’re lying to yourself again.

I’ll tell you what it might. Sex can become boring and annoying. Especially when one isn’t like they were before. So yeah it probably would help out.
You need to set your wife free. It isn’t fair for her to have to live with you. She deserves better.
